Job Description
We’re a fast-moving start-up e-commerce business (brand new) looking for a versatile, proactive creative-type who can help us execute high-quality ad creatives, video edits,
You’ll work directly with the founder (me) and become an essential part of our marketing output. We don’t yet have a large internal team, so you’ll wear multiple hats and help us build
Responsibilities
Create graphic assets for
Edit short videos (for ads, social feeds, reels) from existing/raw footage or stock assets
Help design
Write ad-copy, social captions,
Maintain brand consistency: ensure all assets reflect our style, tone and brand voice
Help build and manage a “creative asset library” (organised folders, versions, tagged, reusable)
Optional but a plus: assist with simple landing page graphics or web banners, and basic motion graphics.
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design (especially for e-commerce / paid social ads)
Proven experience editing video (short form) for ads & social
Comfortable writing or editing copy: short ad copy, captions,
Ability to work fast, meet deadlines and iterate quickly
Good communication and responsiveness: we’ll need you to pick up feedback, deliver revisions
Organised: ability to name files well, folder structure, version control
Familiar with FB/IG ad creative best practices (desirable)
Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere/Final Cut (or equivalent), and
