Tech-Savvy General Manager (Ad Agency Experience Required | Remote | Long-Term)

We’re looking for a Tech-Savvy General Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing digital marketing agency.

If you’re organised, love tech and tools, and can lead a small remote team — you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Do

Keep projects and client deliverables running smoothly

Lead and support a small remote team (ads, funnels, outreach)

Track KPIs and spot ways to improve systems and workflows

Use tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, GoHighLevel, Smartlead, Zapier, Meta and Google Ads

Respond to a wide variaty of techy emails and support tickets

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in a digital agency or operations role

Strong with tools and automation

Excellent English and communication skills

Proactive, reliable, and fast learner

Must love HaloHalo and Lechon
