About the Role
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist / Ad System Manager to operate our static ad system for our dropshipping business. This is not a design role and not a copywriting role. It’s a creative systems position responsible for managing our Google Sheet pipeline, outlining batches, and ensuring our designer always has ad concepts ready to build.
Core Responsibilities
- Track new winning products added to our “Running Products” sheet
- Outline min. 6 batches per product per week (mostly iterations + new concepts)
- Label concept, angle, and format — no copywriting required
- Use Claude/GPT to analyze winning ads
- Maintain a constant flow of 2–3 ready-to-launch batches per product
- Manage sheet statuses: Draft ? Ready for design ? In progress (designer) ? For review (designer) ? Ready to launch
What You Will NOT Do
???? No copywriting
???? No graphic design
???? No media buying
Required Skills
? Experience with e-commerce creative strategy (preferably health/beauty)
? Understanding of direct response angles & formats (fear, proof, mechanism, curiosity, etc.)
? Ability to study competitor ads and extract concepts
? Comfortable using Google Sheets & SOP systems
? Able to use AI (Claude/GPT) for angle discovery & analysis
? Reliable, structured, and able to maintain a pipeline without supervision

Success in This Role Means
? Every product always has 2–3 creative batches ready
? Designer is never waiting on concepts
? Batches follow proper format, angle labeling, and system status
? Creative system runs smoothly without constant oversight
