Cold Caller / WhatsApp Lead Nurture Specialist – Long-Term (With Training + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a bubbly, confident cold caller who can add 500 new leads per week to WhatsApp and send them a short, friendly voice drop (training provided).

What You’ll Do (All Training Provided)

?? Add 500 new leads per week into WhatsApp (lists provided)
?? Send short, warm voice messages to introduce our offer (we’ll train you)
?? Follow up and engage with replies in a friendly, helpful tone
?? Track performance, reply rates, and booked calls in Google Sheets
?? Collaborate with our ad team to improve scripts and outreach strategy
?? No micromanagement — but we expect you to make smart decisions and improve fast

Compensation

Trial: 1-hour training + 1-day task for $20 (2–3 hours of work)

Ongoing: $50 per week for consistent performance

Bonuses: Extra pay for every booked appointment + % commission on closed deals (unlimited)

What We’re Looking For

Confident, friendly phone voice (Filipino or neutral accent is great!)

Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or WhatsApp outreach

Clear English and positive attitude

Organized with Google Sheets / WhatsApp / CRM tools
