Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, English-proficient Real Estate Assistant to provide remote support for a busy real estate team. This role focuses on marketing, CRM management, and social media coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, understands real estate workflows, and takes pride in keeping systems and communication running smoothly — even from a distance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
Create and schedule engaging posts for
Design digital flyers, postcards, and listing graphics using tools such as Canva.
Track engagement and provide monthly reports on post performance and page growth.
Assist with basic
CRM & Client Management
Keep the CRM up to date — inputting leads, updating client info, tagging contacts, and managing follow-up reminders.
Maintain and monitor automated follow-up systems for new leads, past clients, and referral partners.
Assist in tracking client anniversaries, birthdays, and touchpoints for personal follow-up.
Generate simple reports from the CRM (new leads, follow-up stats, pipeline updates).
Administrative & Team Support
Communicate clearly and professionally through
Prepare basic spreadsheets or summaries for marketing budgets, social stats, and outreach.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
Prior experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support preferred.
Proficiency with social media platforms
Familiarity with real estate tools such as Canva, Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or Mailchimp is a plus.
Organized, self-directed, and able to manage time effectively.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during agreed-upon hours.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, remote position (15–25 hours per week).
Schedule can be flexible, but some overlap with EST hours is preferred.
Compensation commensurate with experience; opportunity for growth based on performance and consistency.
