About Us:
Sellmoro is an expanding Amazon FBA wholesale business focused on sourcing and distributing high-quality products within the EU market. We value efficiency, accuracy, and smart decision-making. To support our growth, we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our small, dynamic team and help source profitable products and reliable EU distributors.

???? Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Wholesale Product Sourcing

Analyze product lists (e.g., supplier price lists + Tactical Arbitrage outputs).

Use Keepa and BuyBotPro to evaluate product potential (ROI, BSR, competition, price history).

Determine whether a product is profitable to purchase from suppliers.

Keep a clean and well-structured folder system and tracking sheets.

Communicate promptly during Prague working hours.

2. EU Distributor Sourcing

Research and identify potential EU-based distributors that match our product range.

Evaluate distributors based on pricing, reputation, and availability.

Build and maintain a structured contact database for future outreach.

Actively Google and prospect new suppliers when needed.

???? Qualifications

? Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon product sourcing or a similar role.

? Strong knowledge of Keepa and BuyBotPro.

? Familiarity with Tactical Arbitrage (preferred).

???? Experience with any other sourcing tools is a plus (nice to have).

? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Reliable and quick communication during Prague working hours.

? Fluent in English (written and spoken).

? Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.

????? Technical & Tracking Requirements

Stable, high-speed internet.

Computer with 8 GB RAM (minimum) and a reliable processor.

Webcam for Google Meet calls.

Monitor preferred.

? Hubstaff – required for time tracking and progress monitoring.

???? Compensation & Benefits

???? Starting wage: $2 USD/hour (first 3–4 weeks trial).

???? Regular rate after trial: $3–5 USD/hour (based on experience & performance).

???? Bonus structure: Performance-based wage increase.

? Working Prague hours, Monday–Friday (Saturday optional for extra).

???? Access to tools & Amazon account for sourcing work.
