We manage high-quality short-term rental properties for landlords and investors, hosting a range of guests including contractors, corporate teams, and families.

We’re now looking for a tech-savvy, forward-thinking tea ---------- mber with real experience in Xero, ---------- , and Guesty (or similar PMS), who loves systems, builds automations for fun, and sees AI as the future of work.

The Role

You will be responsible for connecting and automating the tools that drive our business, linking Xero, Hubdoc, Guesty, Zapier, and other AI solutions to eliminate repetitive work, improve reporting, and create clarity across the team.

This is not an admin or guest support position.
You will be the architect of systems, helping the company scale efficiently by designing, testing, and improving automations that save time and increase accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Automation (Xero / Hubdoc)

Manage company accounts and perform basic bookkeeping when required
Use Hubdoc and AI tools to automate invoice capture and reconciliation
Connect Xero and Guesty (or similar PMS) for automated property reports
Maintain structured financial data across Google Workspace

2. Systems & Property Setup

Create and optimise new listings in Guesty or similar PMS
Ensure property data is accurate and live across ---------- , Airbnb, and other OTAs
Develop automation templates for pricing, cleaning, and reporting
Liaise with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth collaboration and coverage

3. AI, Integrations & Innovation

Lead the use of Zapier, AI chatbots, and AI agents for automation
Experiment with and implement new AI tools that improve efficiency
Manage systems and workflows through ClickUp, our central hub
Identify and fix bottlenecks by designing smarter solutions
Document new systems and improvements in clear SOPs

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has proven experience with Xero, ---------- , and Guesty (or similar PMS)
Understands Hubdoc, Zapier, and automation tools
Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
Has worked with or understands the UK serviced accommodation industry
Is genuinely interested in AI, experiments with new tools, and loves problem-solving
Is tech-savvy, organised, and proactive in improving systems
Wants to grow within a business that values skill, innovation, and ownership
