About Us

We’re an ambitious UK-based business expanding our online presence across multiple social media platforms. We’re looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Content Creator to take full ownership of building and managing our social channels — from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that grows our audience, drives engagement, and builds a strong brand identity across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Setup & Management
• Create and manage brand profiles across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop a consistent posting schedule and maintain brand tone and style across platforms.
• Monitor analytics and performance to refine strategy and drive growth.
• Content Creation
• Plan, script, film, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos.
• Create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels tailored to each platform.
• Use trending sounds, hashtags, and formats to maximise reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.
• Growth & Engagement
• Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement rates.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions promptly and positively.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media activity with brand goals and campaigns.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Analyse insights and KPIs to measure success and report results weekly or monthly.
• Recommend and implement adjustments to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (ideally across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook).
• Strong video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Creative thinker with a good sense of humour, timing, and storytelling.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Fast, stable internet connection and suitable workspace for video editing and uploads.

Nice to Have
• Experience creating content for UK or Western audiences.
• Graphic design or animation skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising.
