About Us:
We are a growing outsourcing company passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals through sourcing talented virtual assistants. As we scale our outreach efforts, we’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a remote role, starting part-time (at least 30 hours per week) with the intention to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Position Overview:
As an SDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospects through outbound calls and LinkedIn outreach. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing team to qualify leads and set appointments for account executives.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services
Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales staff
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, messaging, and overall outreach strategy
Track and report outreach activity and results

Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales or as an SDR/BDR (phone outreach required)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Availability to work part-time hours to start, with the intention to move to full-time
