Our platform empowers creators, brands, organizations, and media companies to launch live streaming, 24/7 live playlists, Video-on-Demand (VOD), and monetize via subscriptions, pay-per-view, FAST channels, and ad-supported VOD. As streaming rapidly displaces traditional cable, we give our clients the tools to build, grow, and profit from their own networks.

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Closer to join our expanding sales team. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into new customers through sales calls and demos. Your ideal clients will include entrepreneurs, ministries, media companies, brands, and other content creators who are interested in launching or expanding their own video apps and streaming platforms on Smart TV apps, mobile apps, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with inbound leads who are already interested in launching or scaling video streaming apps and channels.
- Present our software platform’s value proposition, features, monetization options, etc., in a compelling way.
- Build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers (creators, founders, managers, business owners).
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate to close new customer contracts.
- Collaborate with product/support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipelines in CRM.

Qualifications

- Past experience closing deals (B2B or B2C) with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets with US/UK/AU/or Canada customers
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills: confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers; able to present well on video calls.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and reliable.
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment.
- Ability to look professional and be well-presented on camera.

Compensation & What We Offer

- Base pay + uncapped commission
- High commission payouts
- Average deal size ranges from about $300 to $10,000 USD with 8% commissions on all sales made.
- No cold-calling required: we provide inbound leads

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
