We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Agent to join our team full-time, with a strong understanding of Canadian accounting or equivalent experience.

About the Role:
As our Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, booking qualified appointments, and closing sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys earning performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone,
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year proven experience as an ISA in US/Canada Accounting (REQUIRED).

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Base Salary: $800/month
Bonus:
- Per Appointment: $10 per qualified booking
- Deal Bonus: $25 per closed sale
