We help property managers and Airbnb operators across Pinellas County, St. Pete, Clearwater, Treasure Island, and Tampa Bay keep their pools and spas guest-ready year-round.
We’re expanding our network of Florida property managers and need a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle LinkedIn outreach and lead tracking.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Virtual Assistant to connect with property managers, realtors, and vacation rental operators in Florida.
Your job is to send targeted connection requests, follow-up messages using our templates, and log all results into our tracking sheet. You’ll be the first step in our client acquisition process.

Daily Responsibilities
Send 80–100 new LinkedIn connection requests per day using our provided filters.
Send pre-written follow-up messages to new connections.
Update our Google Sheet tracker with connection, message, and response data.
Tag and notify us of interested property managers.
Provide a short daily activity report via chat or email.

Requirements
Excellent written English (friendly and professional tone).
Strong attention to detail — accuracy is key.
Previous experience with LinkedIn outreach or lead generation.
Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Reliable internet and consistent daily availability.
Self-motivated, organized, and dependable — we’re looking for someone long-term.

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Expandi, Waalaxy, or GoHighLevel.
Background in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
Familiarity with Florida markets (especially Pinellas County).

Schedule & Pay

Hours: 15–40 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Pay: depending on experience
