Facebook Ads Creative VA for Dropshipping Funnels

JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-scaling dropshipping business in the health & beauty niche in the EU, running aggressive Facebook ad funnels (Static Image ? Advertorial ? Product Page).

We don’t need a marketing guru — we need a creative executor who can pump out high-volume Facebook static ad creatives that sell. Think: Before/After, Problem-Solution, Problem-Agitate, Authority-style — the kind of stuff that stops the scroll and drives impulse buys.

What You’ll Do
====================

• Create high-converting static image ads (mostly using Canva)
• Occasionally edit short videos or GIFs (CapCut or similar tools)
• Use existing ad libraries (ours + competitors) as inspiration
• Pull hooks from advertorials, product pages, and customer pain points
• Turn raw ideas into thumb-stopping ads fast
• Track basic ad performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to iterate & improve

What We’re Looking For
===================

• Fast, aggressive, and direct-response minded — no fluff
• Canva power user, understands layout, contrast, bold text usage
• Knows how to replicate proven ad styles (and follow instructions)
• Experience creating creatives for ---------- or ---------- Facebook ads
• Can research products, identify pain points, and turn into strong creatives
• Access to Facebook Ad Library to spy on competitor angles
