JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—primarily via email—using the Gorgias platform.

Key Responsibilities:


Email
Support

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the Gorgias platform

Offer clear, helpful, and friendly communication to resolve customer concerns

Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service

E-Commerce Platform Management

Use Shopify to manage customer orders, profiles, and updates

Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain and organize customer support tasks and updates using ----------

Track and analyze support performance data to help identify opportunities for improvement

Collaboration

Work closely with teams across operations and tech support

Share customer insights to help refine our processes and elevate the customer experience

Quality Assurance

Maintain high standards across all customer interactions

Proactively seek ways to enhance both the customer journey and internal workflows
