We’re looking for a Creative Video Editor & Ad Strategist who knows how to turn raw UGC content into high-performing, scroll-stopping ads that drive sales. If you live and breathe short-form content, love following TikTok trends, and can quickly produce a high volume of engaging ad variations — this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 15–30 video ads per week from existing
- Scrape KaloData and TikTok to identify trending videos, styles, and hooks that can inspire new ad creatives.
- Create multiple styles of ads — using AI tools, clipping and combining content, and testing various hooks, tones, and formats.
- Continuously develop and test new creative concepts to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform trends, editing styles, and audience behaviors.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure creatives align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating short-form video ads for
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-based creative strategy.
- Proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and familiarity with AI-powered editing tools.
-Creative, data-driven mindset — you know how to analyze what works and iterate fast.
Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and trend awareness.
Compensation:
Rate: $8-12 per output - but can be negotiable based on experience and quality of work
Output Expectation: 15–30 videos weekly
