We’re looking for a world-class performance editor — someone who knows VSL storytelling and UGC ad style that drives results, not just aesthetics.
You’ll be editing for a fast-growing e-commerce hair-care brand helping women reverse GLP-1-related and stress-related hair loss.
We want edits that look and convert like Spartan, Balmbare, and 8-figure DTC brands — emotional, story-driven, and data-backed.
Your role:
Edit high-performing ads, UGCs, and story-driven creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Use AI tools like Heygen, Arcads, ChatGPT Higgsfield to create founder-led and testimonial-based content.
Source your own high-quality B-rolls that match the brand’s tone (clinical yet empowering).
Understand e-commerce metrics — CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, and ROAS — and edit to optimize them.
Collaborate with our creative strategist to test variations and iterate quickly based on data.
We don’t want an editor who just makes things look “nice.”
We want someone hungry, analytical, and performance-oriented — who knows what converts.
Must have:
Proven experience editing e-commerce ads (non-negotiable).
Portfolio of direct-response or UGC-style creatives that have run on paid media.
Proficiency with AI tools and short-form storytelling.
Strong understanding of pacing, pattern interruption, and emotional rhythm in ads.
Bonus if you have:
Experience editing beauty, hair-care, or skincare brands.
Familiarity with Sora / Nano Banana / PromptCowboy / CapCut templates.
Eye for branded storytelling that converts cold audiences.
You’ve edited for beauty, skincare, or hair-care brands.
You understand performance metrics — CTR, thumb-stop, retention, and ROAS.
You can replicate the vibe of Spartan / Balmbare creatives.
