About Us:
Social Pilot Co is an Australian AI-driven marketing agency helping small businesses grow through Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok automation.
We build smart chatbots that automatically reply to messages, follow up leads, and book appointments 24/7.

Role Summary:
You’ll be part of our outreach team, contacting local businesses in Australia (gyms, salons, clinics, tradies, etc.) to offer them a free AI demo of our automation system.
You’ll use Instagram DMs and email templates, qualify leads, and book demo calls for our director — Petar.

What You’ll Do:

Find and source local businesses on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps

Send outreach messages and emails using our scripts

Handle replies professionally and log all details in our Google Sheet CRM

Book qualified leads into Petar’s calendar

Provide daily activity reports and KPIs

Requirements:

Strong written/spoken English

Experience with Instagram DM outreach or appointment setting

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendly (we’ll train you)

Reliable internet and consistent availability (Australian hours overlap preferred)

Pay & Bonuses:

Base rate ?250–450 PHP/hour (~AUD $6–8) or ?40 000–60 000 PHP/month full-time

Bonus ?800–1200 PHP per booked demo that shows up
