Global thought leader in public health and development seeks a Virtual Assistant with knowledge with proficiency in social media and website management. The work is anticipated to take approximately 15 hours a week and will be for an extended time.
The specific tasks are:
Email management (incl. filtering, flagging, and organisation)
Calendar management and reminders
Following up with clients and colleagues (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
Manage and update of personal website (Basic WordPress skills required)
Manage and update Social Media Accounts
Performing requested internet searches
The following skills are essential:
Writing and documentation skills
Ability to spot errors
Organized and has great attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Dropbox
Strong knowledge of Squarespace and/or WordPress websites management
The following qualities are desired:
Reliable, honest, and can work independently
Proactive and able to anticipate next steps
Assertive and able to provide suggestions and solutions
