Junior Graphic Designer (This is HYBRID Setup; Only apply if you are from Davao City)

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with original ideas and a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate is creative, eager to learn, and capable of producing visually
engaging designs that reflect our brand and appeal to a wide audience.
This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in graphic design
and video editing, with web design or project coordination experience considered a
plus.
Responsibilities
• Interpret project requirements and generate creative concepts.
• Use design tools to create drafts, layouts, and visual assets.
• Design logos, banners, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Create branded templates for proposals, presentations, and brochures.
• Collaborate with the team to launch and improve design projects.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager and other designers for feedback and
improvement.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients as needed.
Requirements
• Preferably based in Davao City.
• 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (fresh graduates with strong portfolios
are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Basecamp and Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
• Strong sense of creativity, visual composition, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn project management and basic website design.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
