Role Overview
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop and deliver high-quality e-learning modules. This role will focus on transforming complex compliance concepts into clear, interactive, and engaging training materials for professionals in regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement 12+ e-learning modules aligned with compliance training requirements.
Use Articulate 360 and other e-learning authoring tools to build interactive content.
Work with our Learning Management System (LMS) to deploy, test, and maintain courses.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Create supporting materials such as job aids, quizzes, and assessments.
Ensure content meets adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
Track and measure learner engagement, performance, and course effectiveness.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or e-learning developer.
Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.) and LMS platforms.
Strong ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging learning materials.
Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment methods.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines.
