Content Writer – MSP / IT Services (Blogs & Service Pages)

1300 INTECH is a Melbourne-based Australian MSP helping small businesses (under 100 seats) across Fitness, Real Estate, and Professional Services. We provide full IT support, including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, VOIP phones, and more. Our mission is to make technology simple, secure, and reliable for small businesses. Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced, self-starting content writer to produce blogs, service pages, landing pages, and eBooks. You’ll work closely with our Marketing/Social Media Manager to create content that resonates with small business clients. This is a part-time, ongoing, ghostwriting role with flexible hours (10–20 per week) initially overlapping Melbourne business hours.

Responsibilities
Write 1 blog per week on IT services, MSP solutions, cybersecurity, and small business tech.
Write 1 service page or landing page every 2 weeks, aligned with marketing goals.
Ghostwrite content that reflects 1300 INTECH’s friendly, professional tone.
Develop eBooks and longer-form content where needed.
Conduct research and optimize content for SEO using Semrush.
Upload content to HubSpot, ensuring formatting, CTAs, and SEO are implemented.
Collaborate on marketing automation using HubSpot + Zapier for subscription services.
Take initiative and self-manage deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements / Qualifications
Excellent written English and grammar.
Proven experience writing blogs, service pages, or landing pages, ideally in the IT or MSP space.
Strong understanding of SEO (experience with Semrush preferred).
Familiarity with HubSpot content management and marketing tools.
Experience with Zapier or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Web design knowledge desirable, especially for landing page formatting.
Self-starter with ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Compensation & Hours
$6–$12 USD/hour depending on experience
Part-time, 10–20 hours per week
