RETAIL/WHOLESALE PRODUCT BRANCH
-Must have experience handling people.
-Manage delivery of customer first
-responsible for administration of sales , sevice operational , internal contral, human resources
-develops culture within the branch in which quality and continous improvement of all performance of employees
-ensures the team is focused on the acquisition of new business and personal relationships. and retention and expansion of existing employees.
-Reports all transaction have been made in the branch.
-Analyzes branch expense an implements strategies to reduce overhead.
-directs the development , implementation and use of productive sales strategies and techniques,
-focuses on increasing sales , number of clients , its business relation with the customers and always following the established policy and procedures.
-formulated and executes a customized team plan to acquire new, retain and grow existing customers
-Coach and motivates its subordinates and maximize sales opportunities.
-takes responsibility for delivering customer first service excellence which meets and exceeds the customers expectations.
-focuses on companies revenues .
-participates in branch functions and community activities.
