Hiring Manager (Remote)
We are hiring a Hiring Manager to help our company find, vet, and onboard top talent for various roles. You will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, managing job postings, and coordinating the hiring process across different platforms. Your focus will be on hiring roles related to our creative, operations, and marketing teams by following our internal SOPs and guidelines.
Work Details
Hours: 25 hours per week
Pay: $300 per month (part-time, remote)
Requirements
Proven experience hiring or recruiting for remote teams
Hands-on experience using OnlineJobs.ph to find and manage candidates (required)
Ability to use other platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Indeed for sourcing when needed
Strong understanding of how to vet applicants based on company SOPs and job descriptions
Excellent communication and organization skills
Attention to detail and ability to identify red flags in applications
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles at once
Nice to Have
Experience working in e-commerce or creative industries
Understanding of basic hiring funnels and candidate evaluation frameworks
Familiarity with Notion, Google Sheets, or project management tools for tracking applicants
