Casual Virtual Assistant – Canva & Real Estate (5 hrs/week to start)

Hi there,

I’m a Perth-based real estate agent looking for a casual virtual assistant to help with Canva marketing and general real estate admin.

To start, it’ll be around 5 hours per week, with potential to increase once we’ve built a good working rhythm. At this stage, I’m not looking for a formal contract — just someone reliable, experienced, and easy to work with while we build trust.

What I’m looking for:

Strong skills in Canva (brochures, social posts, flyers, etc.)

Real estate experience — ideally with VaultRE or similar CRM

Great written English and attention to detail

Reliable, self-motivated, and responsive

Tasks to start with:

Designing property marketing materials in Canva

Creating and resizing content for online and print use

Simple admin or listing support as needed
