Full-Time Content Creator + Graphic Designer for U.S. Marketing Agency (Glass Industry Niche)

ABOUT US

Glass Mama Marketing is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that works exclusively with residential and commercial glass companies (window glass, shower enclosures, mirrors, storefront glass, railings, etc.).
We create niche, high-quality content that helps our clients dominate their local markets.

We are hiring a full-time (40 hrs/week) long-term content creator who is skilled in both writing and basic design.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will create written content + supporting graphics using real client photos/videos and publish that content inside our systems.

Responsibilities
• Write blogs, social posts, and marketing content for U.S. glass contractors
• Create branded graphics using Canva & CapCut
• Research topics and apply the correct tone for U.S. audiences
• Format and upload blogs inside DUDA (our web platform)
• Follow content calendars & internal SOPs
• Communicate through ClickUp with our team
• Meet weekly KPIs

TOOLS YOU WILL USE (Training Provided if Needed)
• Canva – graphics
• CapCut – light video editing
• ChatGPT – drafting & ideation
• DUDA – blog posting/website formatting
• ClickUp – task + team communication
• Leadsnap – CRM reference
• Meta platforms – FB/IG content handling
• Google Drive + Google Docs
• CleanShot – SOPs/training walkthroughs

MUST-HAVES
• Excellent written English (U.S. audience clarity is critical)
• Content writing experience (blogs or long-form posts preferred)
• Graphic creation skills
• Consistent 40 hours/week availability
• Reliability + attention to detail
• Willing to complete a paid test assignment

NICE TO HAVES
• SEO optimization basics
• Experience in trades/home services niches
• Familiarity with website builders like DUDA, Wix, or Webflow
