Systems Administrator

Designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting the following systems:

- Microsoft servers required.
- Exchange servers required.
- VMware vSphere with ESXi required.
- Citrix XenApp and XenServe required.
- Cisco Layer2/Layer3 networks a plus.
- Cisco and Asterisk-based (Trixbox) phone systems a plus.

Should have a firm understanding of designing, installing, and supporting small to medium-sized (5-250 employee) networks from desktops to servers, security, virtualization, email systems and flow.

Management experience a plus as this would be the first hire that would eventually manage a Network Operations Center based in the Philippines.
