We are Germany’s fastest-growing health-tech DTC brand, scaling internationally with a mission to help millions live pain-free, sleep better, and perform at their best.
We’re looking for a world-class 3D Motion Designer / Product Animator / Visual Effects Artist (VFX) who lives and breathes performance. Someone who understands direct response psychology and can turn simple product concepts into scroll-stopping, high-converting video ads that make people stop, watch, and buy.
You’ll work directly with the founder, producing cinematic, conversion-focused 3D product videos that combine creative excellence with measurable impact. This is not a typical design job. It’s a performance-driven creative role where your work directly drives revenue and growth.
All copy, text, and scripts will be provided by us (in German). Your job is to translate that messaging into powerful, emotional 3D scenes that match the tone, mood, and story behind each product. We bring the copy, you create the visual emotion, atmosphere, and premium feel that makes people act.
// YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create high-performing 3D product videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
2. Model, animate, and render realistic 3D versions of our health products (e.g. for pain relief, sleep, posture, recovery).
3. Add motion graphics, lighting, and visual effects that elevate emotion and impact.
4. Collaborate directly with the founder on creative direction and strategy.
5. Apply direct response principles and psychological triggers to boost conversions.
// REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience creating 3D product animations or motion ads (Portfolio REQUIRED).
2. Expertise in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
3. Strong post-production skills in After Effects / Premiere Pro.
4. Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-focused design.
5. Fast, independent, and highly detail-oriented.
6. Fluent in English (understanding German is NOT required).
7. Passion for creating visuals that move and sell.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a short creative test (10–15 seconds). You’ll receive a product brief, copy (in German), and reference visuals. Your task is to show your 3D style, lighting, and emotional storytelling. You don’t need to model our product from scratch; placeholders are fine. This helps us understand your creative direction, speed, and instincts.
