About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Outreach & Automation Specialist to manage and optimize outbound campaigns for CovenantFlow, our AI-driven covenant management solution for banks.
You’ll be responsible for building prospect lists, setting up personalized outreach sequences, monitoring engagement, syncing CRM data, and ensuring consistent follow-through from initial contact to meeting booking.
This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who knows how to use
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Build, manage, and optimize outbound
• Create and segment lead lists (by bank size, role, geography, etc.)
• Personalize messages using dynamic fields and custom variables
• Schedule and monitor sequences (open rates, replies, meetings)
CRM & Automation
• Maintain lead and deal stages in Pipedrive
• Integrate Apollo ? Pipedrive using Zapier or native sync
• Trigger stage updates based on opens, clicks, replies, or meeting bookings
• Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and activity logging across tools
Meetings & Coordination
• Manage
• Monitor inbound replies and coordinate introductions or scheduling
• Send polite follow-ups or reminders when needed
Reporting & Optimization
• Generate weekly reports (open %, reply %, meeting %, conversion rates)
• Suggest and test improvements to subject lines and message copy
• Provide insights on top-performing segments and engagement trends
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
• Proven experience running B2B cold outreach campaigns (preferably for SaaS or consulting firms)
• Advanced proficiency with
• Solid understanding of
• Comfortable with Zapier, Google Sheets, and light data analysis
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-starter, and highly organized
Preferred (Bonus)
• Experience targeting financial services / banking clients
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and message automation
• Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or SaaS sales processes
• Prior experience supporting U.S. or global clients
Performance Metrics
