If you love fast pace, solving new problems (startup + light legal/regulatory research), communicate at a C2 level, and take pride in flawless execution, we’ll work well together.

Mission & Scope:
- Scale bool: coordinate partners, leads, and outreach; keep projects moving.
- Exec ops: inbox triage, action plans, follow-ups, calendaring; drive next steps.
- Personal ops: checklists, reminders, travel/light logistics, tidy documentation.

Core Responsibilities:
- Accountability & cadence: weekly 30-min Zoom; track priorities; keep me honest.
- Writing & comms: draft sharp emails/DMs; summarize docs; produce one-pagers.
- Content support: cut/polish clips in CapCut; repurpose for LinkedIn/TikTok; clean file naming.
- Design coordination: good aesthetic sense to brief/QA web & product improvements.
- Light e-commerce: update product pages; basic listings; QA copy vs compliance notes.
- Regulatory research: use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to map high-level requirements (US/UK/SG).
- Website coordination: check in with dev, track tickets, ship small improvements.
- Amazon FBA: prep data, listings, and steps to go live.
- Market entries: execute quick tests in London, New York, Singapore.
- Outbound & lead gen: personalized outreach to white-shoe law firms, consultancies, banks, and pro services.
- Supply chain & orders: coordinate manufacturers/3PLs; track POs/shipments/inventory; handle returns; keep vendors on schedule.
- Influencers/athletes: source/vet; manage sample sends, codes/UTMs, briefs, deliverables.

Must-Haves:
- English: C2 written & spoken; concise, typo-free.
- Cognitive sharpness: preferably IQ > 115 (show evidence—tests, achievements, portfolio).
- Pace & ownership: ask one good question, then execute; propose next steps.
- Professionalism: on-time weekly Zoom; responsive on WhatsApp; proactive updates.
- Tooling: Google Workspace, CapCut, Sheets basics; prompt-engineering on ChatGPT/Gemini; comfort with Midjourney.
- DISC: agnostic—bring self-awareness and results.

Nice-to-Have:
- Shopify/Amazon familiarity • Compliance/QA mindset • Light design sense (thumbnails/layout)

Time & Compensation:
- Start: ~3–4 hrs/week, ramping with capability/capacity (more handoffs as you prove it).
- Rate: up to $7/hr + milestone bonuses for shipped outcomes.
- Process: quick video call; final-round small test task.
