***Online English Tutors Needed***

Dear Applicants,

IvyGoal Education is an international tutoring organization with locations worldwide. You can learn more about us at ---------- . We are currently hiring 3–5 full-time or part-time online tutors and curriculum developers.

Subjects:
ESL (English as a Second Language)
General English – vocabulary and reading
Test Prep
Note: we don't teach basic level English like 51Talkes.

Schedule:
Most of our students are based in China and California, so class schedules will follow after-school hours in both time zones.

If selected, we will contact you to schedule a Zoom interview.

Positions:
Part-time teaching assistant (TA): Primarily teach 1:1 lessons as a TA.
After gaining experience, proving your skill level, we may consider having you teach group lessons as a teacher. Expect this to be a year long due the course difficulty.
Full-time tutors: TA and develop curriculum.

Hourly Rates:
TA General ESL: $4/hour + 8% bonus
TA IELTS Prep & Advanced Courses: $6/hour + 8% bonus
Curriculum Development: $4/hour
Class teacher: $8/hour + 8% bonus

Training:
Initial training is provided but unpaid.
Ongoing trainings and monthly meetings are paid at $4/hour.
