We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our property rental and Airbnb management operations. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will coordinate bookings, assist with guest communication, support contract preparation, and handle administrative tasks related to property operations.
Key Responsibilities |
Manage Airbnb and rental booking schedules across multiple platforms.
Coordinate with guests before, during, and after stays (check-in/out instructions, support, etc.).
Communicate with cleaning teams, maintenance workers, and other colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and update contracts, invoices, and administrative documents.
Maintain accurate records of property calendars, tenant communications, and financial tracking.
Assist in preparing monthly reports or summaries for property owners.
Communicate professionally through WeChat, LINE, WhatsApp, and

Requirements |
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Virtual Assistant, Property Coordinator, or Admin Assistant.
Experience in rental property management or Airbnb operations is highly preferred.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Able to manage multiple tasks independently with strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and ability to join video meetings.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, Notion, or similar project management tools.
Positive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across time zones (U.S. Pacific Time preferred).

Full-time, remote position (40 hours/week)
Must be able to overlap at least hours per day with U.S. Pacific Time (Seattle) for meetings and coordination.
