Resolve suppressed listings, data conflicts, and attribute issues quickly.

Ensure correct product types, browse nodes, and backend keywords.

Support new product launches and ensure smooth catalog integration.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain catalog accuracy.

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon catalogs (Seller Central or Vendor Central).

Advanced knowledge of flat files, backend attributes, and variation setup.

Skilled in resolving listing errors, suppressions, and category conflicts.

Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, data indexing, and catalog logic.

Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Helium 10, Brand Registry, and A+ Content.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for bulk data management.

Experience managing catalogs across multiple marketplaces (US, EU, CA).
