Role Overview
As a Sales Team Lead, you’ll manage a group of Client Onboarding Specialists who handle calls with new leads interested in studying or working abroad.
You’ll monitor performance, provide coaching, and personally handle higher-value calls to ensure strong conversion rates.

This role combines management, mentorship, and sales execution — perfect for someone who loves both people and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a small remote team of Onboarding Specialists.

Conduct onboarding calls with prospective clients and close sales.

Monitor team performance and ensure daily call targets are met.

Coach tea ---------- mbers on communication and conversion techniques.

Review call recordings and give feedback for continuous improvement.

Handle escalated inquiries or complex leads.

Submit team performance reports and share insights for process optimization.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident, and friendly).

Previous experience in sales, team leadership, or customer success.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable leading others and setting an example.

Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace.

Available 6–8 hours daily overlapping with U.S. business hours.

Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: USD $500/month

Commissions: For each client you personally close.

Team Bonus: Additional pay when your team exceeds collective targets.

Advancement: Pathway to a Sales Manager or Regional Manager position as the team grows.
