• Build organized prospect lists with emails, phone numbers, and contact names.
• Send out professional outreach emails and track responses.
• Help schedule meet-and-greet appointments with potential referral partners.

???? Marketing & Social Media
• Design flyers, brochures, and marketing materials using Canva (templates can be provided).
• Create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google My Business (captions, short posts, before-and-after project photos, etc.).
• Suggest creative marketing techniques, campaigns, or local strategies that can help us scale.
• Write short blogs or Google updates to boost our local SEO.

????? Administrative Tasks
• Manage and organize emails, calendars, and follow-ups.
• Track and update lead spreadsheets or CRM data.
• Handle simple admin duties such as sending reminders, updating files, and monitoring social messages.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VA or marketing assistant.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong research and data entry skills.
• Proficient with:
• Canva (flyer and post design)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Meta Business Suite / Facebook Pages
• Mailchimp or other email marketing tools (a plus)
• Basic CRM tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and backup plan.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
