JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
This is a fully remote position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business—overseeing logistics, customer service, and back-end systems, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time. You’ll also manage Facebook content and provide direct support to the CEO in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment and global delivery.
Ensure customers receive the correct products, tracking and resolving any missing or delayed orders.
Manage and optimize back-end systems including Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, GHL (CRM), and Freshdesk.
Use spreadsheets to track and identify order gaps or fulfillment issues.
Liaise with developers to troubleshoot and problem-solve workflow automation issues relating to logistics.
Customer Service
Handle customer support queries via multiple platforms (Freshdesk, email, etc.), ensuring fast, friendly, and effective resolutions.
Provide patient, clear guidance to customers who may be less tech-savvy, particularly older demographics.
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes.
CEO & Business Support
Assist the CEO with daily task management and ad-hoc business needs.
Schedule and support delivery of weekly video tips and newsletters.
Perform basic video editing for customer content.
Support with workflow automation management (bonus skill, not essential).
Community & Marketing
Manage and schedule Facebook group posts, keeping the community active and engaged.
Ensure content is shared on time and aligns with the brand’s voice and mission.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience (3+ years minimum) in a similar role managing operations, logistics, and customer service—ideally in e-commerce.
Essential: real-world experience managing business operations, not just academic or theoretical knowledge.
Managerial experience: must have successfully led processes, systems, or teams.
Strong knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, CRM systems (GHL preferred), and Freshdesk.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Ability to quickly pick up new systems and create efficiencies.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with patience and empathy for less tech-savvy customers.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, workflows, and liaising with tech developers.
Bonus: experience with workflow automation and/or basic video editing.
