We run multiple small businesses in Texas, including equipment rentals (trailers, trenchers, tower lights, skid steers) and automotive services (GPS tracking and window tinting). We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant who can help generate leads, post daily listings, and support simple website updates as we expand online.

Main Responsibilities

???? Lead Generation & Posting

Post rental listings daily on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and local business directories

Reply to messages and inquiries quickly and professionally

Repost and refresh listings to stay at the top of searches

Create attractive post images and descriptions using Canva or templates

Track customer leads and interested buyers in Google Sheets


???? Website & Online Marketing

Help update or build simple web pages using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar (basic editing, no coding required)

Add new listings or photos to the company website

Research competitors and suggest marketing ideas

Help manage Google Business profile and update listings


???? Admin Support (as needed)

Keep rental inventory list up to date

Record daily activity and progress

Report any customer feedback or trends

? Strong English communication (written and spoken)
? Fast and reliable internet connection
? Organized and detail-oriented
? Experience with:


Facebook Marketplace or other selling platforms

Canva (for post designs)

Google Sheets / Docs

WordPress, Wix, or website builders (basic level is fine)
