The Opportunity
We’re hiring our first tea ---------- mber (beyond our founder, Fa): an all-rounder powerhouse in the Philippines who blends graphic design + marketing and loves using AI tools to move faster and create bolder work.

What You’ll Do

Design scroll-stopping graphics for social, ads, email, and web (static + motion).

Build and schedule content calendars (IG/FB/TikTok/Reels/Stories) and Klaviyo emails.

Launch and optimise paid social creatives (Meta/TikTok) with testing plans.

Measure results (reach, CTR, CVR, ROAS, email revenue) and improve week over week.

Help across the business when needed (light admin, website tweaks, asset organisation).

What You Bring

Strong portfolio in brand/ads/social (clean layout, type, hierarchy, color).

Marketing literacy: understands funnels, offers, hooks, CTAs, and how design sells.

Proficient in Adobe/Canva, bonus for Figma and basic video editing (CapCut/PR).

Comfortable with AI (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway/Kaiber or similar).

Independent, proactive, outcome-driven. Follow-through is non-negotiable.

Excellent English; crisp communication and organised files.

Nice-to-Haves

Shopify theme editing (sections, assets), basic HTML/CSS a plus.

Experience with UGC briefs, creator coordination, and asset management.

Fitness/fashion/beauty brand experience.

KPIs You’ll Own

Social: growth rate, saves/shares, hook rate (3-sec hold), CTR to site.

Ads: creative testing cadence, CTR, add-to-cart rate, ROAS.


Email
: open rate, click rate, revenue per recipient.

Ops: on-time delivery of calendar + assets, zero missed deadlines.

Role Details

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Schedule: PH daytime hours with 2–3 hrs overlap with Perth (AWST)

Tools: Adobe/Canva, Figma, CapCut/PR, Klaviyo, Meta/TikTok Ads, Shopify, Notion
