ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a foundational position.

You’ll be the first voice people hear when they contact JMJ PAINTING

You’ll own the process of picking up incoming leads, collecting the right info, booking appointments, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

It’s not super high-volume or high-pressure. It is high-trust.

You’ll have a lot of flexibility in this role—but with that comes responsibility and ownership.

When the phone isn’t ringing, you’ll be handling light admin tasks and keeping our CRM clean and updated.

You’ll have plenty of downtime—and we’re okay with that—as long as when things do happen, you’re on it 100%.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Answering inbound calls from leads and potential clients during business hours
Calling leads as soon as they come in to set up estimates
Scheduling estimates and collecting key info
Managing our CRM and keeping lead details clean and organized
Handling light admin work (just a few hours per week)
Working from home, being responsive, and staying sharp
Supporting the team with small-but-important things that make a big difference
