We are a small Australian digital marketing agency helping small businesses grow.
Our two main services are:

— service-area businesses using websites, Google Maps, and SEO to dominate local search results
— e-commerce and catering businesses using a fast cart design and Google Ads management

ROLE
— You will cold call small business owners in Australia using our scraped contact lists.
— With our training and materials, you will be able to hold confident and informed conversations about their Google Maps listings, how they compare with local competitors, and how our clients have reached top positions in their areas.
— Your goal is to build genuine interest and book strong qualified calls for our internal team. You will not be responsible for closing sales.

PAY
Base pay of 100 AUD per week for a full-time role (around eight hours per day, Monday to Friday).
In addition to the base pay, you’ll earn 2.5% commission on all sales from clients you bring in.

TYPICAL EXAMPLES:
— Basic package – Google Maps optimization and a one-page landing website, usually around 2,000 AUD. Commission: 50 AUD per sale.
— Larger website packages – full websites with multiple location pages, generally 5,000–8,000 AUD. Commission: 125–200 AUD per sale.
— Ongoing SEO programs – 1,000–2,000 AUD per month. You receive 2.5?ch month the client continues and you remain on the team.

FOLLOW-UP SALES AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

You’ll also have the opportunity for follow-up sales. Once a client has completed their initial project and is seeing results, you will maintain contact in a light account manager role — coordinating with us to recommend upgrades and next-level packages.

Examples include moving clients from the basic package to a full website with location pages or expanding their ongoing SEO program.

Each upgrade and continuation sale earns you your regular 2.5% commission.
For SEO clients, you will also follow up monthly using our automated reports, reviewing rank tracking results, and keeping them engaged. These follow-ups can lead to upsells, boosting your recurring earnings.

Everything is completely transparent. You will have full visibility into what has been sold, and we’ll work with you to increase income together.

— Reliable internet and quiet environment
— Confidence speaking with business owners and following structured training
— Comfortable working with base plus commission
