Final Expense Call Center Closer (COMMISSION ONLY)

Job Description:

We’re hiring experienced Final Expense Insurance Cold Callers to join our remote call center team. You will dial outbound leads (data provided) to introduce our final expense life insurance programs, warm up the prospect, and transfer qualified calls to licensed U.S. agents who will close the policy.

This is not appointment setting or customer service — it’s a performance-driven phone sales role where results are rewarded. If you’ve worked in insurance, BPO, or telemarketing, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using our dialer system.

Follow a proven script to build trust and pre-qualify for Final Expense coverage.

Live transfer interested prospects to licensed agents in the U.S.

Log accurate call results and dispositions in CRM/dialer.

Maintain daily/weekly KPIs for dials, contacts, and transfers.

Participate in short coaching sessions to improve performance.

Qualifications:

1+ year experience in insurance cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound call centers.

Final Expense, Medicare, or Life Insurance experience strongly preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent).

Reliable internet, working headset, and quiet workspace required.

Familiarity with systems like GoHighLevel, V ---------- , CallTools, or RingCentral is a plus.

Motivated, coachable, and comfortable making 200+ calls per day.
