Social Media Editor & Manager for MMA Athlete

I’m an MMA fighter looking for a dedicated Social Media Editor/Manager to help grow my online presence and connect with fight promotions. The ideal candidate is passionate about combat sports, skilled in video editing, and proactive in researching and executing social media strategies.

You’ll work closely with me to plan and create engaging video content, edit fight and training clips, and reach out to MMA organizations to help build fight opportunities and exposure.

Responsibilities:

Cold Outreach:
Research and contact MMA fight promotions to find potential fight opportunities, sponsorships, or collaboration leads.

Video Editing:
Edit videos of my training, fights, and behind-the-scenes content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Content Research:
Study and analyze top-performing MMA fighters’ social media to understand what types of content and editing styles perform best.

Content Strategy Collaboration:
Work with me directly to plan new video ideas, recommend trending content formats, and enhance engagement across all platforms.

Social Media Management (Optional/Bonus):
Assist with scheduling, posting, and engagement to maintain consistent growth and visibility.

Requirements:

Strong experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve). You must also have your own accounts for editing.

Understanding of social media trends, especially in combat sports or fitness niches.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Self-motivated, creative, and organized.

Prior experience in video editing, outreach, influencer management, or sports marketing is a plus.


Work Details:

Type: full-time (flexible based on skill and performance)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Work Schedule: US central time zone ,8am-4:pm

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skill set
