We're Hiring: Amazon FBA Wholesale Virtual Assistant (Full-Time | Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale UK Specialist to help us find, contact, and secure deals directly with wholesalers, distributors, and brands across the UK.

Your main focus will be identifying profitable wholesale opportunities and establishing trade accounts with legitimate suppliers who can provide products that meet our business criteria.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our sourcing pipeline by finding products with strong sales history, reliable supply, and good margins — specifically for Amazon FBA.

Schedule:
2:00 AM – 10:00 PM MT
(That’s 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Time)

Job Responsibilities:
-Open wholesale accounts and source profitable products for Q4 both manually and with Sourcio.
-Contact suppliers via email or phone to request trade terms and product catalogues.
-Compile detailed spreadsheets with supplier information, pricing, MOQs, and account requirements.
-Source profitable wholesale/OA products using Keepa and SellerAmp.
-Identify and analyse profitable wholesale or brand-direct products that can be listed on Amazon FBA.
-Maintain organised records of outreach progress and responses.
-Communicate with the team regularly and provide status updates on progress.


Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year experience in Amazon FBA Wholesale.
-Proven experience in Amazon FBA wholesale sourcing.
-Demonstrated ability in scanning catalogs and executing purchase orders.
-Strong understanding of Amazon FBA business model, Buy Box strategy, and product ranking.
-Fluent in English with a neutral or minimal accent and strong communication skills (especially written English) for contacting suppliers.
-Fast & stable internet connection.
-Proficient with Keepa and SellerAmp.
-Proven track record in sourcing wholesale items.

Compensation:
-$400/month starting rate.
-Performance-based raises.
-A supportive team.
