Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, with Growth Potential)

Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the near future
Clients: 4 (across a variety of industries)

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Support Coordinator to help with the day-to-day admin side of digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible work they can fit around other commitments, while still gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple clients.

You’ll mainly be supporting with content scheduling, basic design, and admin tasks, with room to learn more as the role grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Use social media dashboards (Metricool or similar) to schedule and organise content.

- Support with content planners: updating schedules, organising drafts, and scheduling approved social media content.

- Assist with managing accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

- Provide basic community management (checking and flagging comments/messages).

- Help set up and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp.

- Occasionally create simple, on-brand graphics using Canva.

- Use ChatGPT effectively for proofreading, copywriting, and keeping content on the brand tone of voice

- (Preferred but not essential) Assist with Shopify management

- Maintain a strong focus on grammar and accuracy in both UK and US English.


What I am looking for:

Someone dependable, organised, and happy to take on admin support tasks.

A good communicator with a genuine interest in digital marketing.

Flexible, you can fit this role alongside other commitments. There is potential that this role will become full-time.
