HIRING REMOTE CONTENT CREATOR | WORK FROM HOME

We’re a Dubai-based group building multiple brands from scratch.
We’re looking for a *experienced, creative and reliable Content Creator / Video Editor / Social Media Manager who can help us produce engaging content, manage brand consistency, and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, visionary team focused on creativity, brand storytelling, and digital growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Create and edit high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Plan, schedule, and post content across all social media platforms.
* Help shape and maintain each brand’s visual identity, tone, and messaging.
* Collaborate with the Dubai marketing head for creative strategy, campaign ideas, and execution.
* Repurpose long-form content (e.g., podcast clips, YouTube videos) into short-form social media content.
* Write engaging captions, headlines, and CTAs for posts.
* Monitor page engagement and suggest growth improvements.
* Research and apply current social media trends, hooks, and viral formats.
* Maintain consistent posting and visual branding across all platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Experience in building brands from scratch — mention specific brands or clients you’ve helped grow.
* Experience in personal branding — include sample clients, niches, or content examples.
* Experience in podcast editing
* Must have a portfolio showcasing video editing and social media work (links to Facebook, TikTok, IG, YouTube welcome).
* Proficient in CapCut (desktop) and basic design tools (Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
* Has good PC/laptop specs and a stable internet connection.
* Willing to use Hubstaff for time tracking.
* Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
* Organized and able to manage multiple brands efficiently.

Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of social media growth strategies and ---------- across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Understanding of content funnels, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing.
* Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) or ad coordination is a plus.
* Basic copywriting skills and understanding of engagement psychology.
