Looking for clip farmer and editor ($$$ per video and performance bonuses)

What will your task be:
• find clips with a good storyline from a certain content creator
• leave out boring parts so it forms an exciting story
• add smooth overlay and transitions
• add fitting music with the drop lined up with the story
• add a short title above the clips to give the viewer an impression what the video’s about
• add one word captions
• optional voice-over
• this is a great example channel for the style we’re aiming for: ----------

Requirements:
• good editing skill's
• knowledge of virality
• fast response time
• learn from past mistakes and follow advice

Compensation:
• consistent workflow (3-5 videos a day)
• lots of variation and work experience
- $5-10/video (~30s)
• performance based bonuses (e.g. $25 for 250k+ views)
