???? About the Role:

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps contractors generate high-quality leads using Facebook Ads and automation systems.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can manage GoHighLevel setups, & launch simple Facebook engagement campaigns
You’ll be responsible for making sure every new client is properly onboarded, their systems are fully functional, and their campaigns go live smoothly, without needing hand-holding.

???? Responsibilities:

- Create and set up new GoHighLevel subaccounts for incoming clients
- Fix subaccount errors at random notice.
- Import agency snapshots and automation workflows
- Landing page editing (helps to have a creative eye)
- Set up Facebook Engagement Campaigns using provided templates
- Create A2P registration for new subaccounts
- Perform basic quality assurance before launch (check all automations, forms, pipelines, triggers)
- Follow SOPs (Loom videos and written instructions provided)

- Subaccounts fully set up within 24 hours of assignment
- Campaigns live and error-free within 48 hours of onboarding
- 100% task completion rate with minimal supervision
- Clean, organized systems with documentation for every task

? Requirements:

- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (MUST)
- Experience with Facebook Ad Setup is a plus but not required.
- Solid understanding of automation tools (workflows, triggers, pipelines)
- Comfortable following SOPs and video instructions
- Fast learner with high attention to detail
- Fluent in written English and comfortable with Slack / Google Drive / Sheets
- Available to work part time, US hours
