We are expanding our retail presence across the U.S. and are looking for a highly organized, persuasive, and research-driven outreach specialist to help us grow strategically into curated boutiques, concept stores, and experiential spaces that fit the ONE aesthetic.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a Vendor Event Finder & Boutique Outreach PR Specialist who can identify and secure premium retail and experiential opportunities for ONE Fragrance House.
You’ll be responsible for finding high-quality U.S.-based boutiques, concept stores, and pop-up spaces with strong social media presence and engaged communities, then reaching out to pitch, negotiate, and manage placement opportunities (either consignment or shelf agreements) that are favorable to our brand.
This is a hybrid of research, sales outreach, and brand representation — ideal for someone who understands luxury brand positioning and can communicate with poise, confidence, and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
Research and compile a list of U.S. boutiques, luxury retailers, hotels, concept stores, and event spaces that align with ONE Fragrance House’s target audience and aesthetic.
Include new, growing, and upcoming stores or venues that demonstrate strong brand potential, unique identity, and social media
Verify that potential partners have active and high-quality social media engagement, strong in-store marketing, and a clientele that appreciates niche, high-end products.
Identify opportunities where fragrance complements the store’s lifestyle, not just as another product on the shelf.
Draft and send outreach
Negotiate consignment or shelf placement agreements that are in the brand’s best interest (e.g., low or no shelf fees, favorable revenue splits).
Track leads, communications, and partnership progress in an organized system (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM).
Assist with identifying local pop-up events, markets, and boutique fairs that fit the luxury and cultural identity of ONE Fragrance House.
Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English (required).
Prior experience in sales outreach, PR, lead generation, or brand partnerships (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury consumer goods).
Excellent research and communication skills — comfortable
Ability to identify high-quality, aesthetic-aligned stores that match ONE’s luxury brand positioning.
Experience using Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools for tracking outreach.
Confident, professional, and persuasive personality.
Self-motivated with a passion for connecting people and brands.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with luxury, fashion, or fragrance brands.
Understanding of boutique retail landscapes in major U.S. cities (e.g., Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, Miami).
Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce collaborations.
