Virtual Assistant – Creator Outreach (Wellness Brand)

Job Description:
We’re a supplement company — a fast-growing gut health brand built around science, emotional regulation, and holistic wellness.

We’re currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, personable and organised Virtual Assistant to help us run our Send-Out Program, where we send our products to aligned creators to build genuine relationships, source content and seed product.

This is a test task role first

The Test Task

You’ll be given access to our SOP: send out System – Product Send-Out, which explains how to find and contact creators.

Your test task will be:
1. Source 3–4 aligned creators who match our brand values (wellness, nervous system regulation, gut health, holistic routines, etc.)
2. Write one example outreach message for each of our four message templates (Intro, Delivery, Day 9, Month Follow-up).
3. Provide a short note explaining why you selected each creator.

Deliverables for this test:
• Links to 3–4 creators
• 1–2 lines per creator on why they fit
• Example message sequence (1 of each template) for one of the creators

If the test is completed to a high standard, you’ll be invited to continue weekly on the team.

This task involves a KPI or required sensors per week and there is a once weekly meeting.

Ideal Candidate
You’re someone who:
• Has strong research skills and attention to detail
• Understands or is interested in the wellness / health / beauty / holistic lifestyle space
• Writes warm, human, natural English (no robotic tone). No chat gpt.
• Is self-managed, proactive, and takes initiative
• Can handle 50+ creator outreaches per week once trained

Experience in influencer outreach, gifting, or virtual assistant work is a plus — but attitude and initiative matter more.

Ongoing Work After the Test

Once hired, you’ll:
• Run the gifting send-outs for either AU or global region
• Use our system and tracker to manage outreach, shipping, and follow-ups
• Join our short Monday check-in (11:30 AM AEST) to review KPIs and examples

Project Details
• Test task: 2–3 hours (paid)
• Ongoing role: 10–15 hrs/week minimum, scalable
• Hourly rate: $6–10 USD/hour (depending on experience)
• Start date: Immediate
