We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our founders in various tasks related to video editing, social media management, and general administration.

**Position Overview:**

As an Executive Assistant at The Cooper Family Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our businesses. The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing, audio editing, photo editing, and social media management, with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement and lead generation across multiple platforms. You will assist in managing daily administrative tasks, calendar management, software setup, and research, while providing innovative solutions to challenges across our companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Video, Audio, and Photo Editing:** Create and edit engaging multimedia content for promotional purposes across various platforms.
- **Social Media Management:** Grow and manage our presence on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- **Lead Generation:** Implement strategies to generate leads through social media and other online platforms.
- **General Administration:** Provide administrative support to the founders, including calendar management, task prioritization, and correspondence.
- **Software Setup and Management:** Assist in setting up and managing tools such as Go High-Level, Jobber, Google Workspace, and other related software.
- **Research and Problem Solving:** Conduct research and provide solutions to various challenges faced by the businesses.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the founders and teams across all companies to ensure alignment and efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficient in English (written and verbal communication).
- Previous experience in video editing, audio editing, and photo editing.
- Proven track record in managing and growing social media accounts, specifically YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Go High-Level, Jobber, Google Workspace, and related applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
