We provide end-to-end transport and logistics services for New Zealand businesses and are expanding our reach. Now, we’re looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive business growth through smart relationships, persistence, and industry insight.
//The Role
You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and managing the sales cycle for logistics services. You’ll collaborate closely with our NZ operations team, ensuring every client receives the world-class service we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a growth plan for new client acquisition in the transport/logistics sector.
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
Build relationships with clients through follow-up, problem-solving, and proactive communication.
Work alongside the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience.
//You’ll Be Perfect for This Role If You Have:
At least 3+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding (Sales or BDM roles preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of customer relationship management
